For 23 months...

Two days ago, it was a simple day which called for a simple celebration. It was actually my 23rd month being with my girlfriend. Thus, we celebrated through a simple movie, karaoke, dinner, and KOPIROTI! It is something that we routinely celebrate for and I feel grateful for each month that passes by while I am with her. I'm actually not trying to share our experience that day, rather I want to write my reflections with my appreciation for being with her. I do believe that being with her probably changed most of my life. Well, this is because: Without her, I might not have became a gentleman. Without her, I don't think that I will have much friends (especially friends that are girls). Without her, I may not be able to achieve honorary awards in college. Without her, I may not be capable of speaking with strangers. Without her, my life might lack adventures. Without her, I might not know anything about fashion. Without her, I may view sports as life. Without her, I might not have continually worked out. Without her, I might have stayed at home after schools or even during weekends. Without her, I might have not tasted good food outside my place. Without her, I might not have went to different malls. Without her, I might not have been writing this blog. Without her, I might not have been who I am today. Without her, I might have missed out all the fun in my life. This might sound cliche but without her, I might have been incomplete, because her presence, her glaze, her comfort, her constant reminders, her attitude, or herself as a whole made it bring the best out of me and I now I really feel proud of where I am today and what I have become. Due to her, I became more grateful of my life and I feel that with her, my life feels successful even though I haven't done a lot of things yet. For these 23 months of changing my life, I have to say that I appreciate what my girlfriend has done for me, and I apologize for what I might have done to hurt her, and I thank her mother for baring this wonderful gift into my arms.
