My body now
Today was really an ordinary day for me and it took a while for me to realize that I have stopped working out for quite a long time now. Thus, when daylight was over, I needed to go back to my old self and undergo a long work out procedure. I started off with two laps of brisk walking which then followed with a jog-walk-jog-walk format. It went off for another 30 minutes. After which, I had to start lifting some weights but once I lifted the two 20kg weight I had, I started to feel weak. It was frustrating because a month ago I was ready to take it up a notch to 30kg each, but now I had to take a step backwards, two step backwards for that matter. I had 10kg weights and I did three sets of barbel curls and some unknown triceps exercise. After a while, it was supposed to be my warm up stage but it felt like the last exercise I could make. Not being healthy really took a toll on me and I felt weak and frustrated. But I could not force my body immediately thus I did every weight lifting technique I had and did only one set with 12 reps. My objective was mainly to loosen up and hopefully activate the muscles that I had a few weeks ago. Hopefully after this day, I can continually pursue the body that can make me competitive in any sports and more than that, hopefully my body will reach a point where my girlfriend will stop complaining about my fats.
