hahaha it's true, I have to remain friendly, unbiased, and steady to all--especially to my officemates, so I can survive in the company I am working. By reducing politics in my workplace and by focusing on my work and of course my personal growth...I am sure that I will be successful--just like how I envisioned it on my mind. This is the right attitude at work because if I get affected with all the chit chats, rumors, opinions of others etc. then I might caught myself in the middle of things. So this is a thought to ponder not just for me but also for YOU!
